John walks the yard for the consultation, draws the space, sets the layout on build day, and is the person you call if something needs attention. Nothing gets handed off to a salesman you never see again, and no crew shows up without knowing the drawing.
The approach is design-first — the roofline, the ceiling detail, the lighting, and how a new structure meets the house get decided on paper before a post goes in the ground. A small courtyard patio and a full backyard build get the same attention to how surfaces meet, how water moves, and how the finish holds up against North Texas heat and clay soil. Every backyard is treated like an estate — regardless of its size.

The jobsite gets protected and picked up at the end of every day, materials get staged so they are not tracked through the yard, and the last thing that happens before we leave is a broom-clean walkthrough with you.

Craftsmanship & Build
Permits pulled, subgrade prepared, structure framed and finished. The crew builds to the drawing, and the owner is on site at the points that decide the outcome.

Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished space together and correct anything on your list before we leave. Then we show you how to care for the cedar and the concrete so it holds its finish.
