We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry — to call, text, or email you back about a consultation, a question, or a project you have asked us about. When you submit our contact form, the information is transmitted through Resend, a transactional email delivery service, directly to Royal Patio’s company email address. Resend acts only as the delivery mechanism for that one email — it is not used to store your information for marketing, build a mailing list, or send you anything beyond that single message to us.
4. We Do Not Sell Or Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade the information you submit to this website to any third party, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing purposes. The only place your submission goes is to Royal Patio, so we can get back to you.
5. How Long We Keep It
We keep the information from your inquiry for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, as part of our normal project and business records. You can ask us to delete information that is not needed for an active or completed project at any time — see the contact information below.
