1. This Website Is Informational

Everything on this site — service descriptions, project photos, city and neighborhood pages, FAQs, and pricing discussion — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is meant to help you understand what Royal Patio builds and how we work, not to serve as a binding quote, a construction plan, or an offer to contract. Nothing on this site should be relied upon as a substitute for an in-person consultation and a written proposal specific to your property.

2. No Guarantee That Estimates Or Imagery Match The Final Build

Any pricing ranges, timelines, dimensions, or material descriptions that appear on this site are general and subject to change based on your property, your selections, permitting, site conditions, and material availability. They are not a quote and do not bind Royal Patio to a price or schedule.

Our portfolio shows photographs and video of Royal Patio projects, including some captured while work was still in progress. Portfolio imagery illustrates our work and design approach but does not guarantee that your finished project will look, be sized, or be finished identically. Actual results vary with your lot, your selections, and the scope agreed to in your project contract.

3. Free Consultations

Consultations and initial designs offered through this site are free and come with no obligation to purchase. Requesting a consultation through our contact form or by phone does not create a contract between you and Royal Patio; it simply schedules a conversation.

4. Your Project Contract Governs The Actual Work

If you move forward with a project, the scope, price, materials, schedule, warranty, and every other term of the construction work are set out in a separate, signed project contract between you and Royal Patio. That contract — not this website — is the controlling agreement for any work performed. Where anything on this site conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, video, layout, and design of this website are owned by Royal Patio or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, republish, or use our photographs, project descriptions, or written content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Limitation Of Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Patio is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including any decisions made in reliance on estimates, descriptions, or imagery shown here before a written project contract is signed. This limitation does not affect any warranty or liability terms set out in a signed project contract, which govern separately.

7. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our website or services change. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
